Biognosys' software, Spectronaut, SpectroDive and SpectroMine, allow you to export practically every piece of information gathered and generated during the analysis process. For such purpose, you should use the Report Perspective as shown in Figure 1 for Spectronaut. The respective Report Perspectives you will find in SpectroDive and SpectroMine software.

2. Pivot (wide format). On a Pivot report, each sample is on a column (Figure 3). This report will probably have less rows than a Normal report.

A preview of the report you are selecting, or building is shown in the main space of the page, so you know what you will get before exporting (Figure 1).
The most usual information is included in the predefined schemas Biognosys offers on the Report Perspective. We also include a report that fits the format required by the MSStats package.
If you need a piece of information not included in one of the predefined reports, you can add it by activating the corresponding check box. Browse through the levels and expand them to see what's possible (Figure 1). You can also search for elements using the search field at the bottom of the page; on this tree it is possible to manually change the column header name (Figure 4). Whenever you check or uncheck an element, the changes are applied on the preview, so you can make sure you are getting what you need before exporting.

Once you have finished designing your report, you can either export it directly or save it as a new schema for future datasets. To do any of these, go to the bottom-left corner and click on Export Report directly or on Save As, give a name and click OK to save the new schema (Figure 1).
